Yes and no.
He’s a mage, so some of the things we’d catagorise as superstitious are…well, they’re still superstitions, but there’s a reason ignoring them is a bad thing.
So things like salt and charms and black cats and crows and magpies, he follows.
Things like not walking under things and not putting shoes on the table, not so much. Those are just common sense, there’s no need to get superstitious about it.
