Frances has fairly small hands, though long fingers, and he is rather dexterous, due to years of fiddly things with his magic.
His hands are rather smooth - not counting the scars from needlework - and pale, as his is a member of the aristocracy and so has never really done what the rest of society would deem a hard day’s work.
